Scrive il Pattinson Post: Sony Pictures Worldwide non ha ancora deciso per la data di uscita di Bel Amì negli Stati Uniti d’America. Bel Amì in US: Limited or Wide Release? /Bel Amì e la distribuzione americana: limited o wide release?

La data che la Sony, che ha acquistato i diritti per la distribuzione di Bel Amì in America all’AFM a Santa Monica recentemente, avrebbe scelto (ma non ha confermato ancora a mezzo comunicato stampa, quindi potrebbe ancora variare) per l’uscita americana del film ovvero il 2 di Marzo, lascia lo spazio per un’altra domanda in merito a questo film.

Sony Takes 1890s Paris Tale Bel Ami, with Pattinson, Thurman, Scott Thomas & Ricci

AFM, Sony ha acquisito i diritti per Nord America su Bel Ami, che vede protagonisti Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas e Christina Ricci. Il film, ormai completato, è stato co-diretto da Declan Donnellan e NickOrmerod (i due hanno lavorato insieme nel 1992 breve Il Big Fish, che doveva essere buona se attratti questo cast), e si basa sul romanzo 1885 di Guy deMaupassant con lo stesso nome, adattato da Rachel Bennette. La storia esplora i temi di ambizione, potere e seduzione, con Pattinson protagonista come ex-soldato che ascende nel 1890 nella società parigina, manipolando le sue donne.

Red Wave Films sta producendo in associazione con Film XIX, Protagonist Pictures e RaiCinema. Aspetteremo il film per l’inizio di febbraio 2012. Il UK’s Protagonist Pictures sta distribuendo le vendite.

At AFM, Sony has acquired North American rights to Bel Ami, which stars Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci. The film, now completed, was co-directed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod (the pair worked together on 1992 short The Big Fish, which must have been good if they attracted this cast), and is based on Guy de Maupassant’s 1885 novel of the same name, adapted by Rachel Bennette. The story explores themes of ambition, power and seduction, with Pattinson starring as a broke ex-soldier who ascends 1890s Parisian society by manipulating its women.

Red Wave Films is producing in association with XIX Film, Protagonist Pictures and RaiCinema. The film can expect an international kickoff beginning February 2012. The UK’s Protagonist Pictures is handing sales.
